Job Summary
The Senior Software Developer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that align with the organization’s objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance existing systems and deliver innovative applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and debug software applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to refine software requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to the overall software architecture and provide input on technology choices.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing applications and systems.
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development with a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with web technologies, databases, and cloud services.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
