Job Summary
The Senior TPM Engineer plays a crucial role in establishing and implementing the maintenance strategy and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) framework across two facilities. This position is pivotal in orchestrating cross-departmental improvement initiatives, overseeing electrical safety protocols, and managing maintenance key performance indicators to promote operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute maintenance and TPM strategies across multiple plants.
- Lead cross-functional teams in various improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Monitor and govern maintenance KPIs to drive high-performance levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), or related continuous improvement sectors.
