Job Summary
The Staff Engineer I, System Structure Design plays a crucial role in the design and implementation of complex systems. This position is focused on collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative structural solutions while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all engineering processes.
Responsibilities
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to design and optimize system structures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate design concepts.
- Develop detailed documentation outlining design specifications and methodologies.
- Review and mentor junior engineers in best practices and technical development.
- Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and guidelines.
- Participate in design review meetings and provide valuable feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in system structure design or a similar area of expertise.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to structural engineering.
