Job description

The Staff Engineering Program Manager oversees the financial, timeline, and technical aspects of airborne navigation systems from inception to completion. This role acts as the main liaison between engineering teams and program management, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and safety-critical requirements. Applicants should possess a degree in a STEM field and have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of pertinent experience, along with the capacity to secure a U.S. Government Secret security clearance. A strong background in leading diverse engineering teams and overseeing intricate avionics or electronic systems is essential.
