**IT Operations Manager**
The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for enhancing and managing internal IT operations, focusing on identity management, hardware inventory, and the administration of SaaS applications for distributed teams. This role will serve as the main point of contact for IT support, while also implementing automated and scalable procedures to guarantee secure and efficient technology usage. Applicants should possess over 4 years of experience in IT operations or administration, with a solid background in supporting remote work environments and cloud-based technologies. Expertise in Google Workspace, SaaS management, and best practices for security is a requirement for this position.
