**Staff Nurse**
The staff nurse is responsible for evaluating patient requirements, formulating and executing care plans, and applying nursing principles in clinical settings. This role involves coordinating ongoing patient care and working alongside multidisciplinary teams to guarantee patient safety and achieve positive health outcomes. Applicants are required to possess a nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, Baccalaureate, or Master’s) and a valid nursing license in Iowa. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with the flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
