Job Summary
The Staff Product Designer will oversee the design framework and ensure accessibility standards are upheld within Okta’s worldwide user experience infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with various functional leaders to champion platform-level projects and guiding fellow designers to promote exceptional craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design architecture for user experience across the organization.
- Establish and maintain accessibility standards for digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance platform initiatives.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other design team members to elevate design quality.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
