**Staff RN**
The Staff Registered Nurse delivers expert nursing care by applying the nursing process to create and execute personalized care plans for patients. They take on a leadership role within the healthcare team, promoting effective communication, thorough documentation, and compliance with safety and quality protocols. Applicants must hold a California Registered Nurse license and maintain a current Basic Life Support certification. Additionally, candidates need to have at least six months of experience in an acute or sub-acute care setting within the past three years.
