The Quality Assurance Analyst will oversee call evaluations and deliver precise assessments utilizing standardized evaluation tools. This role includes assessing agent performance, ensuring adherence to established guidelines, and working alongside the QA team to achieve performance objectives. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, with 0-2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with the Medicare or insurance sectors.
