Job description
**Job Title: Procurement Team Lead**
In this position, you will head a procurement team dedicated to crafting sustainable sourcing strategies for steel fabrication. You will be responsible for overseeing supplier relationships and evaluating their performance. Collaboration with engineering and product management teams will be essential to secure competitive sourcing, reduce supply risks, and negotiate enduring contracts. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and team leadership. Furthermore, candidates need an additional 5 years of experience working with international suppliers and a willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
