Job Summary
The Sterile Processing Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of surgical instruments. This position involves the organization, maintenance, and preparation of necessary tools and supplies for different surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and take care of all surgical instruments to guarantee their functionality and safety.
- Prepare and organize the supplies and instruments required for various surgery cases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in sterile processing is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and operating room instrumentation is essential.
