Job description
The technician will be tasked with the decontamination, cleaning, packaging, and sterilization of medical and surgical instruments in accordance with stringent safety protocols. Responsibilities also include inventory management, the preparation of surgical case carts, and ensuring that all equipment is operational and properly logged. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of recent experience in a sterile processing setting, along with relevant certification such as CRCST or surgical technologist certification. A high school diploma or GED is necessary, along with the capability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented hospital atmosphere.
