**Store Lead**
The Store Lead plays a vital role in supporting the management team by supervising everyday store functions, which encompasses cash-handling processes and serving as the primary leader during shifts. Key responsibilities include training team members, enhancing store profitability, and ensuring exceptional standards of customer service and maintaining the store’s ambiance. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have 1-3 years of relevant retail experience. This position necessitates a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and the physical ability to navigate the sales area as well as lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
