**Store Manager**
The Store Manager is tasked with managing the everyday operations of the store, driving sales growth, and ensuring overall profitability. This role includes leading, training, and mentoring store staff while fostering a positive environment for customers and ensuring adherence to company policies. Applicants should possess experience in retail management along with strong communication abilities. Additionally, the position demands physical capability to lift weights ranging from 40 to 55 lbs and to perform tasks including walking, standing, and kneeling.
