Job description
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing sales performance and ensuring operational excellence within the store to achieve production objectives. This position involves leading, mentoring, and nurturing a team of sales professionals while maintaining outstanding customer service standards. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record of effectively leading and coaching high-performing sales teams, along with excellent communication abilities. A 2- or 4-year college degree is mandatory, and having a Property and Casualty license is considered an asset.
