**Job Title: Federal Program Specialist**
The Federal Program Specialist is responsible for overseeing agency expenditures, creating financial reports, and handling activities related to federal grants. Additionally, this position includes the role of Fleet Management Coordinator and involves the processing of payments through the eMars system. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of professional experience in budget management or grant administration, with at least two of those years focused on the research, planning, or administration of state or federal grants.
