**Strength and Conditioning Coach**
The Strength and Conditioning Coach is tasked with creating and implementing physical training regimens aimed at enhancing soldier preparedness and minimizing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. This role requires alignment of training programs with unit schedules, as well as the provision of consistent performance metrics and reports to leadership. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree along with a valid CSCS or SCCC certification, in addition to a minimum of three years’ pertinent experience. Furthermore, applicants must have a current BLS/CPR/AED certification and successfully pass a government background investigation.
