Job description
The Structural BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating structural design information and producing construction-ready models utilizing Revit, Tekla, and Bluebeam software. This position involves working closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure that designs are accurate and adhere to building codes and project specifications. Applicants should possess an associate degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design or a related technical discipline. A background of 1-3 years in BIM modeling, particularly within commercial, industrial, or manufacturing projects, is required for this role.
