As a contributor to our applied research and data-centric learning initiatives, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and managing the talent lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data, performing job analyses, and creating learning interventions grounded in evidence. A Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Learning Science, Psychology, or a similar area is essential. Applicants should possess a solid understanding of research methodologies, data analytics, and instructional design principles.
