Job Summary
The role of a Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) is essential for ensuring the integrity and safety of structures within various engineering projects. This position is located in Bismarck, North Dakota, and requires an onsite work arrangement to facilitate collaboration and effective project execution.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards to maintain safety and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with team members during the design and development phases of projects.
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing support of employees involved in engineering tasks.
- Contribute to overall project strategy and execution in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required.
- Must possess a Structural Engineer (SE) license, or alternatively a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience in structural design and engineering principles is highly valued.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues.
