Job Summary
The position of Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) at Alpine, a proud member of the ITW family, is crucial for advancing the company’s building component software solutions. This role is based in Wilmington, Delaware, and requires a dedicated onsite presence to ensure quality and compliance in engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze structural components, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to create effective engineering solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance.
- Prepare and present engineering documents and reports to stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Active Structural Engineer (SE) license or Professional Engineer (PE) in progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a focus on structural engineering.
- Proven experience in structural design and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
