Job Summary
The program offers participants practical training and educational classes that provide insight into both personal and commercial insurance functions. Trainees will have the opportunity to follow underwriters in different business sectors and witness the dynamics between agents and insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
- Participate in interactive training sessions focused on insurance operations.
- Shadow underwriters to learn their roles across various insurance lines.
- Observe and understand the interactions and relationships between agents and carriers.
Qualifications
- Candidates must be full-time undergraduate students, with sophomore, junior, or senior status by Fall 2026.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Submission of college transcripts is necessary for application.
