Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the studio to ensure effective functioning.
- Lead and manage the team to enhance performance and achievement of goals.
- Engage with the community to strengthen relationships and promote the studio.
- Maintain high quality and standards for member experiences.
- Analyze operational metrics to drive improvements and development.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to assess and utilize metrics for decision-making.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
