Coordinate camp activities and programs, supervise and coach staff, and help maintain quality standards across activity departments and villages. Lead evening, weekend, or leadership-camp programming as assigned, while supporting camper development and safety. Leadership staff must be at least 21 years old, at least one year out of high school, complete screening and background checks, and attend required pre-camp training. Relevant experience working with children and expertise in the assigned activities are expected; certain roles require current certifications such as lifeguarding or First Aid/CPR.
