Job description
The Superintendent II plays a key role in overseeing, organizing, and directing construction activities, which includes managing both contractors and craft teams. This position demands adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while also promoting strong relationships with clients. Applicants should bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management paired with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or alternatively, possess 10 years of industry-related trade experience. The position necessitates a willingness to travel as required and a solid understanding of construction documentation and project scheduling practices.
