**Job Title: Supervisor**
The Supervisor assists the Store Manager with day-to-day retail functions, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring that the sales team achieves targets related to efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include visual merchandising, managing inventory restocks, and training sales associates to uphold store standards. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in retail and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. The position necessitates a flexible schedule, the capability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a high school diploma.
