Job description
**Job Title: Delivery Operations Supervisor**
The Delivery Operations Supervisor will oversee and guide the daily delivery functions, including route management, adherence to DOT regulations and hazardous material guidelines, as well as fleet upkeep. This role involves mentoring, training, and coaching the team of delivery drivers to promote safe and efficient delivery practices. A bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are required for this position. Applicants should be physically capable of handling tasks such as lifting items up to 50 pounds and maintaining a standing position for long durations.
