The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for embedding quality standards into program workflows, performing capability evaluations, and facilitating collaborative assessments at supplier locations. This role includes the analysis of non-conformance patterns, the formulation of corrective strategies, and ensuring manufacturing preparedness via audits and process validations. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering or technical discipline and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aerospace or defense sector. Expertise in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), project management, and technical communication is essential, along with the capability to secure a U.S. Security Clearance.
