**Job Title: Foundry Supervisor**
The Foundry Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading day-to-day foundry activities, focusing on maintaining safety, quality, and meeting production objectives. This position oversees hourly team members throughout different manufacturing operations and works alongside cross-departmental teams to address production challenges and enhance equipment efficiency. Applicants should have a minimum of five years of experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, with at least two years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to thrive in a heavy industrial, unionized environment are essential for this role.
