Job description
**Job Title: Surgical Technician**
The surgical technician plays a vital role in ensuring that surgical procedures are conducted safely and efficiently by setting up the operating room with sterile tools and materials. Additionally, they assist with the preparation, positioning, and transport of patients, while diligently keeping track of instrument counts during the procedure. Applicants must hold a BLS certification and meet the educational prerequisites, which can include a high school diploma accompanied by two years of relevant experience, an associate or technical degree, or four years of practical experience in the field. This position necessitates the capability to operate within a sterile setting and to adeptly handle surgical instruments.
