Job Summary
We are collaborating with West Georgia Eye Care Center to find a dedicated Surgical Technologist who will play a crucial role in assisting with surgical operations in the operating room. This position emphasizes maintaining a sterile environment and providing essential support to surgeons and nursing staff during procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgical teams by preparing and organizing instruments and supplies for operations.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and protocols throughout all procedures.
- Ensure readiness of the operating room for surgical interventions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of surgical experience or successful completion of a recognized surgical technologist program.
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment and as part of a team.
