**Job Title: Collections Agent**
Responsibilities include recovering overdue accounts by negotiating payment plans in accordance with predefined collection strategies and compliance guidelines. You will be responsible for keeping precise records of all collection activities and delivering professional and clear service to clients. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Candidates should be capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment and have basic computer skills.
