Job Summary
The Systems Engineering Lead plays a crucial role in offering advanced leadership concerning solutions and integration support. This position involves assessing equipment designs and reviewing engineering change proposals, ensuring that projects meet both technical and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior guidance in solutions and integration support.
- Evaluate designs of equipment and assess engineering change proposals.
- Develop and present technical briefs for stakeholders.
- Support and participate in design review processes.
- Ensure quality control for engineering outputs and products.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 16 years of professional experience in systems engineering is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Possession of a Secret clearance is essential.
- Ability to fulfill classified-access requirements is necessary.
