The Talent Acquisition Intern will analyze recruiting metrics and trends to optimize sourcing strategies and advertising spend. They will also support employer-branding initiatives and assist with college recruiting and special HR projects. Candidates must be currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, is required.
