Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Advisor to become part of our Talent Acquisition team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract high-caliber talent for various locations, business lines, and functions throughout North America. The right candidate will have significant experience recruiting exempt professionals, establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders, and implementing creative sourcing strategies. This role demands flexibility, adept problem-solving abilities, and the influence to guide hiring decisions while maintaining a positive experience for candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in discussions with hiring managers to pinpoint their recruitment needs and clarify expectations.
- Create and implement compelling job postings to draw in top candidates.
- Discover and apply effective sourcing techniques to cultivate a diverse candidate base.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Keep hiring managers and HR business partners informed with regular updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Craft pre-screening questions, evaluate resumes, and perform initial candidate screenings.
- Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to offer strategic insights and enhance hiring practices.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and employment regulations.
- Show innovation and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Maintain a positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exhibit independent judgment and discretion when delivering recruitment services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting exempt professionals.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Consultative skill set with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide alternative viewpoints.
- Demonstrated expertise in social sourcing, utilizing AI in recruitment, and enhancing the organizational talent brand.
- Capability to work in a hybrid setting with a minimum of 3 in-office days weekly.
- Preferred: Advanced degree in HR or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with Workday Recruit ATS and Phenom CRM.
- Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Preferred: Proven capability to handle hard-to-fill roles and attract passive candidates.
