The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the hiring process within our organization located in Henderson, Nevada. This position is crucial for identifying and attracting high-quality candidates to effectively meet the staffing needs of the company.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels to build a talent pipeline.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
- Facilitate the coordination of candidate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
- Maintain an organized recruitment process and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and staff.
