**Manager of Employee Events**
The Manager of Employee Events will spearhead the strategy for internal events, focusing on company offsites and team gatherings to strengthen connections within a remote-first setting. This role will be responsible for the complete execution of impactful events, while also developing scalable systems and playbooks for the wider team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive experience in organizing large-scale internal events for over 500 participants, which includes navigating international travel and intricate logistics. They should exhibit a blend of strategic foresight and practical implementation skills, alongside exceptional stakeholder management abilities and a commitment to high-quality standards.
