**Job Title: Human Resources Manager**
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for steering the HR department by integrating employee relations support with effective operational management. This role encompasses the administration of HR Information Systems (HRIS), oversight of benefits, and recruitment processes. Additionally, the manager offers support to supervisors concerning performance management and ensures that the organization adheres to labor regulations and grant stipulations. A minimum of five years of progressive experience in HR and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in Washington employment laws, HRIS administration, and proficiency in common office software. Preference will be given to applicants who possess HR certifications.
