Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end processes of talent acquisition within the organization located in Fresno, California. This role focuses on effectively coordinating various resources to manage recruitment programs and ensure the successful hiring of candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.
- Coordinate resources effectively to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Implement and oversee talent acquisition programs and processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong partnering skills with various stakeholders, including HR and Business teams.
- Experience in coordinating recruitment initiatives and programs.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education in a related field is preferred.
