Job Summary
We are looking for either a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential in supporting hiring managers and fulfilling business objectives by effectively staffing positions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and manage recruiting resources to ensure a successful recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Engage with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and promote business goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Take ownership of offer recommendations for selected candidates.
- Utilize various recruiting resources to enhance recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and/or HR, or a combination of relevant experience.
- Strong partnership skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
