The Assistant Project Manager II engages in real estate and community development responsibilities, carrying out administrative duties and technical analyses under the guidance of Project Developers. This role involves organizing resident relocation strategies, overseeing local approval procedures, and assisting in the shift of housing projects from the development phase to operational status. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Planning, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
