Job description
**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
Oversee the daily operations of a 12-hour production shift, guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks for a team of 25 or more personnel. In this role, you will handle equipment troubleshooting, staff development, and implement the Pactiv Production System to promote continuous enhancement. A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a manufacturing supervisory capacity, is required, along with expertise in Microsoft Office applications. Applicants should demonstrate robust leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a mechanical inclination, with the ability to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
