**Team Lead**
The Team Lead will oversee the capabilities and professional growth of the engineering team while ensuring the robust ERP digital foundation for the ASPIRE program. This role includes collaborating on technical product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and supervising the complete lifecycle of feature delivery. Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership or product management roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology fields. A bachelor’s or higher degree in Business or IT is essential, in addition to extensive knowledge of ERP architecture and governance.
