**Team Lead**
The Team Lead is responsible for offering direct support and guidance to the Environmental Services team by organizing daily activities, facilitating training, and conducting quality assessments. This role exemplifies safety and professionalism, ensuring that the hospital maintains high standards of cleanliness and infection control. Applicants should possess 3-5 years of experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or healthcare support. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates must obtain the Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) credential within six months of employment.
