Job description
The Team Lead is responsible for guiding team members daily on merchandise displays, inventory management, and enhancing customer service efforts. In addition, they support management with aspects such as recruitment, training, employee performance assessments, and maintaining a welcoming, customer-centric shopping atmosphere. Applicants should possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in retail sales. Competence in PC applications, inventory control systems, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
