The Team Manager is responsible for planning and managing the activities of the service work force to ensure efficient installation and service within a designated territory. They act as a key liaison between the district service team and corporate, focusing on profitability, quality, and customer retention. Candidates must have an associate degree or equivalent experience and 3 to 5 years of industry experience in high-volume operations. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and intermediate to advanced computer skills are required.
