Job Summary
The Teammate Experience Ambassador collaborates closely with both clinical and operational leaders to enhance teammate attraction, engagement, and retention. This role plays a crucial part in cultivating a positive workplace culture by managing employee relations and addressing conflicts while ensuring organizational policies are effectively applied.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to improve teammate experiences.
- Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution efforts.
- Implement and communicate organizational policies to promote a healthy work environment.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at boosting teammate retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of HR-related experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the DFW Fort Worth area.
