Job Summary
This position requires utilizing specialized technical skills to enhance sales for the nanoComposix product range by discovering new business opportunities and fostering connections with diagnostic developers. You will be responsible for offering technical support to clients during product assessments and converting their needs into viable actionable tasks for internal research and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the diagnostic development sector.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Provide ongoing technical support to customers during their evaluation processes.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for R&D teams.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate product development based on client feedback.
Qualifications
- A BS, MS, or PhD qualification in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Materials Science is required.
- Experience in developing lateral flow assays and integrating nanoparticles is highly desirable.
- A proven track record in customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
