Job Summary
The Technical Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in product design, development, and innovation.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges that may arise during project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
