The Technical Lead will oversee the execution of projects related to tailings and mine waste, offering technical guidance and ensuring quality control. This role involves mentoring less experienced staff, fostering client relationships, and aiding in business growth initiatives. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience within the mining or engineering consulting sector, with a solid foundation in tailings dam design and safety protocols. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a P.Eng. certification in Canada are mandatory qualifications.
